Jones ended Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to Dallas with two points (1-1 FG), one rebound and one assist across two minutes. While Jones made 40 appearances for the Kings this season, the rookie big man thrived in the G League. Jones averaged 21.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 blocks in 31.9 minutes per contest for the Stockton Kings and earned All-NBA G League Third Team honors.

Latest Kings News
Isaac Jones : Sees playing time in season finale
Jones ended Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to Dallas with two points (1-1 FG), one rebound and one assist across two minutes. While Jones made 40 appearances for the Kings this season, the rookie big man thrived in the G League. Jones averaged 21.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 blocks in 31.9 minutes per contest for the Stockton Kings and earned All-NBA G League Third Team honors.
Doug McDermott : Minimal impact in loss
McDermott totaled zero points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt) in six minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to Dallas. McDermott has been an inconsistent part of Sacramento's rotation all season, averaging 3.5 points in 8.1 minutes across 42 regular-season appearances. McDermott is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
Jonas Valanciunas : Swats two shots off bench
Valanciunas registered four points (2-2 FG), one rebound and two blocks over 10 minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks. Valanciunas was traded from the Wizards to the Kings in February and has primarily operated as the backup center to Domantas Sabonis. Across Valanciunas' 32 regular-season appearances for Sacramento, including nine starts, he averaged 8.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 16.9 minutes.
Markelle Fultz : Plays two minutes in loss
Fultz closed with no counting stats in two minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks. Fultz's season with the Kings comes to an end in disappointing fashion, as he didn't see much action in the Play-In Game loss to Dallas on Wednesday. The former No. 1 overall pick played 21 games for Sacramento and rarely saw the floor, averaging just 8.8 minutes per game over that span.
Terence Davis : Sees just two minutes
Davis ended Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks with three points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and two rebounds across two minutes. Davis, who joined the Kings on a one-year deal on April 8, saw a total of 10 minutes between the regular season and playoffs. Prior to that, Davis was with the G League's Wisconsin Herd, averaging 14.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 2.8 three-pointers and 0.9 steals in 25.7 minutes per game while shooting 41.5 percent from three-point range.
Keegan Murray : Struggles in loss to Dallas
Murray contributed nine points (3-9 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal over 36 minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks. Outside of some near double-double performances in the final stretch of the regular season, Murray's 2024-25 campaign came to an end in disappointing fashion, as he was not much of a factor in the loss to the Mavericks in the Play-In Tournament. However, the Iowa product improved in the rebounding category, averaging a career high of 6.7 rebounds per game, which helped him stay in the starting rotation for Sacramento and could result in a more significant role with the team next season.
Trey Lyles : Muted performance in loss
Lyles notched five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt), six rebounds and one assist in 18 minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks. Lyles' 2024-25 regular-season campaign was a bit of a letdown compared to previous years. He appeared in 69 games, but struggled with his shot, averaging just 6.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.6 steals and 1.2 three-pointers in 19.6 minutes. Lyles is heading for unrestricted free agency this summer.
Devin Carter : Sees 22 minutes
Carter registered 10 points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes during Wednesday's 120-106 Play-In Game loss to the Mavericks. With Keon Ellis getting into foul trouble, Carter saw extended run off the bench and made the most of his minutes. Overall, Carter had a quiet rookie season, appearing in just 38 games with averages of 3.8 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.5 three-pointers in 11.0 minutes.
